Mike has been practicing as an accountant for almost 10 years. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting. Prior to founding DiBernardo & Company, P.C., he worked with Fortune 500 and other publicly traded companies on complex domestic and multinational transactions at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A Southern California native, Mike enjoys running along the beach, swimming, attempting to surf, and traveling with his wife.

With a Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas, Michael Allmon has over 35 years of experience in tax planning and preparation, estate planning, and financial planning for businesses and individuals.
Mike has held various executive and managerial positions with Laventhol & Horwath in Los Angeles, and Zusman, Cameron & Allmon, CPAs (as a partner in charge of Tax and Personal Financial Consulting Services) before founding Michael B. Allmon & Associates, LLP, CPAs in 1988.
Mike has been a member of the Board of Trustees (Board of Directors) for CalCPA Protect Plus (The Group Insurance Trust) since January 2012. He is currently Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee where he has been a member since 2013. He was previously a member of the Claims and Plan Design Committee (2008 to 2012), and the Audit Committee (2012 to 2014). Mike is currently a member of the Executive Committee since 2015.
As an active participant in the accounting community, Mike is the Founding Chair of the Statewide CalCPA Estate Planning Committee and has also chaired the LA chapter Estate Planning Committee for CalCPA (one of the largest technical committees of CPAs in the nation) for over 20 years. He is also the Founding Chair of the CalCPA Mentoring and Internship Program and was an active member of the CalCPA Taxation Committee. Also a former member of the Board of Directors and former Vice-President of the CalCPA Los Angeles Chapter, Mike has a long history of giving speeches and networking with accounting professionals in the state and local area. In addition to his participation in the accounting world, Mike has been an active member in the Manhattan Beach community for over 35 years.
Bryce rejoined Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates in December 2020. Previously, he worked for our office from 2007 until he left in 2011 to join Moss Adams, one of the largest public accounting firms in the country. During his tenure at Moss Adams, Bryce supervised and directed tax and financial planning and compliance for hundreds of diverse clientele, including partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, trusts, private foundations, and high-net-worth individuals and families.
He served as a business consultant, a mentor for firm professionals, and leader in ongoing campus recruiting efforts. During his earlier work in our office, Bryce oversaw the office’s day-to-day administration, including development and implementation of a paperless system and upkeep of client bookkeeping. Bryce also assisted with the input of data for individual and corporate income tax filings, trained incoming staff, and maintained the office’s website and other social media accounts.
Bryce holds a Master’s in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Television Production. Bryce has a depth of experience serving high net worth individuals and their companies, including corporate executives, investors, writers, producers, performing artists, and retired individuals. Bryce is dedicated to advancing the personal and financial goals of his clients by collaborating with expert advisors to develop comprehensive plans incorporating tax, financial, and estate planning needs.
Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Bryce enjoys running, biking, cooking, international travel, playing guitar and piano, and dabbling in photography, videography, and graphic design.
Dale Jellison joined Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates in July 2020. He is a seasoned accountant with over 25 years of experience, 20 years in accounting and operation management, managing the firm’s day-to-day operation for client bookkeeping, financials, and payroll functions. Dale also coaches clients who handle their accounting functions in-house, conduct audits, and prepares budgeting/forecasting, procedures, and checklists.
Dale has over fifteen years of experience in residential brokerage real estate accounting, including but not limited to real estate business and software set up and preparing commission worksheets. He previously worked for Prudential California Realty in the corporate offices in San Diego, which had 100+ branches throughout Southern California and the Central Coast. Later, he managed the accounting of numerous boutique real estate firms in Southern California.
He also previously worked for Clear Channel Radio under their radio automation software subsidiary and was also an assistant business manager for several Maine radio markets.
Dale enjoys traveling, biking, hiking, photography, and writing. He also self-published a middle-grade novel.
Jocelyn is our office manager. She is responsible for the organization and administration of our company.
Jocelyn is a determined and highly motivated person who does not need coffee to get her day started! Finding an excellent career has always been a priority for Jocelyn, being able to work for this firm is perfect to pursue her dream in the accounting field.
She is currently taking accounting classes to expand her knowledge to contribute more in the company.
